Service was amazing from the beginning at check in till we checked out. Enjoyed the pool and sauna as it wasn’t so crowded. Good and varied choices for breakfast. Close to the NEC if you want to do a bit of shopping and to eat outside the hotel. So close to BHX which was ideal for us. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.

Phenomenal place! I couldn't get over the size of the place and also how beautiful it was. Staff were lovely. We had an event at the NEC. Super convenient as we were already parked up and ready to attend. I can't think of a bad thing to say. A huge car park, stunning entrance, reception and restaurant/ bar area. So much to fill your needs. I didn’t get a chance to see the pool or gym due to a busy schedule however my friend and I were saying that it was the perfect place for any NEC events. And definitely one to remember for Christmas dos. You wouldn't feel the need to go anywhere else unless you were into the whole clubbing scene. My clubbing days are over. Not my thing really anymore so I would be happy to stay on the complex and enjoy the social drinks in the restaurant/bar area! Loved the Christmas decorations in the reception area. A nice touch! Highly recommend this hotel! Great all round stay!

I arrive and was given a very warm welcome by the receptionist. The service and staff at the Spa where brilliant. Rooms were quiet and the beds were very confortable. On check out Stephen tooks us to the room to get our bags and store them. He was very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay again when I return to Birmingham.

I would particularly like to commend your concierge team and the Executive Lounge team, who were truly wonderful. A special mention to Jenise at the Executive Lounge — her warmth, kindness and genuine care made a long and tiring day simply melt away. I am not much of a drinker, but the wine and lemonade she prepared for me, along with her lovely smile and welcoming presence, allowed me to sit, relax and recharge. She is a real credit to your team.

As Hilton’s go, this one huge and has a range of quality in its presentation of bedrooms. The small ‘single’ rooms, accessed through lobby B lofts are practical and suitable for one person. They offer a comfy bed, sink, shower and toilet. The older rooms in the lobby A section, have larger and more comfortable bedrooms but overlook the airport and leisure areas, so not as quiet.

Stayed several times on each occasion the shower taps were loose. Other than that great hotel. Comfy bed. Well appointed rooms. Fantastic breakfast. Lots of choice. Have not used the pool but looked great. Bar on the pricey side but not far from resort world which is reasonable. Ideal for NEC.

I didn't expect to write this but I experienced excellent service from the staff at this hotel. Even the housekeeping staff were friendly & greeted you when you walked past them in the corridor. Unfortunately the only way to give a review for an employee is through google or trip advisor - I had no way to give any positive feedback to a line manager. The staff get a small reward if they are named in a review so here goes: Great team in the Lobby Bar & Lounge 17 Oct 2025. Linda, Rachel and Lee were really good at their job, checking at appropriate intervals, but not intrusively, if we needed anything, and every time it was a with a smile. My colleague and i were really impressed. Bas on concierge jumped to help when I was looking lost and went out of his way to find me information. Jovi on Reception was so welcoming I felt that he really cared about giving great customer focused service. The actual rooms are very standard corporate hotel. Room had large bed, not great quality duvet & duvet cover or good pillows, but undersheet & mattress are good quality. No overhead lighting so it's constantly low light. Bath had hair/dust from previous guest. Toiletries are Crabtree & Evelyn which I thought were very nice. The windows actually open, hurrah!

I just wanted the thank all the staff for a wonderful experience their hotel last weekend. Friday to Monday room 4049. The room and breakfast were amazing. A massive shout out to the receptionist who said I looked glamorous, I think his name was Antoniou. I will definitely be coming back with extra guests. Have a lovely, safe festive season. Donna Xx
